Shipping policy

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. If a shipping date falls on a holiday, your item will be shipped the next business day after shipping services resume. For non-custom orders placed before 1 PM CST, we offer same-day shipping (unless otherwise specified; exceptions may apply for holidays or weekends). Orders received after 1 PM CST will be processed the same day and shipped the following business day.

On Saturdays, Non- custom orders placed before 9 AM CST will be shipped the same day. Non-custom orders placed after 9 AM CST will be processed the same day and shipped on the next available business day.

Custom orders require a processing time of 3-5 business days. You will receive a notification as soon as your order is completed and ready for shipment.
